  • These terms apply to all purchases made through our website
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page

Orders & pricing

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Placing an order does not guarantee availability — we will notify you promptly if an item cannot be fulfilled
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors

Made-to-order products

  • All Sewar pieces are made to order. Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed
  • Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun
  • If you need to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order

Delivery

  • We deliver across Egypt only
  • Delivery takes up to 10 business days from the order date
  • Sewar is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer
  • Risk of loss or damage to items passes to the customer upon delivery

Returns & exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in unworn, undamaged condition
  • Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
  • Full return conditions are outlined on our Return Policies page

Guarantee & repairs

  • All pieces carry a 6-month guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery
  • The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or exposure to chemicals
  • Repair services are available for all Sewar pieces within and beyond the guarantee period

Intellectual property

  • All content on sewarsilver.com — including designs, photography, text, and branding — is the property of Sewar
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission

Limitation of liability

  • Sewar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
  • Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question
