We craft every Sewar piece with care — and we stand behind it. All of our jewelry comes with a guarantee, and we offer a repair service for pieces that need attention over time.

6-month guarantee

• Every piece purchased from Sewar is covered by a 6-month guarantee from the date of delivery
• If a defect in craftsmanship or material quality occurs under normal use within this period, we will repair or replace your piece at no charge
• The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, loss, or wear resulting from misuse or exposure to harsh substances

Repair service

• We accept repairs on all Sewar pieces — within and beyond the guarantee period
• Whether a chain needs mending, a stone has come loose, or plating has worn — we can restore your piece
• Within the 6-month guarantee: repair is free of charge
• Outside the guarantee window: repair cost is assessed and quoted per case
• Turn-around time for repairs is shared with you upon assessment

• We will confirm the repair and provide instructions for sending your piece to us
• Once restored, your piece is returned to you in a Sewar box
