Returns

• You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order
• The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original Sewar packaging
• Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process
• Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted

Earrings — non-returnable

• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered
• This applies to all earring styles in our collection
• This policy is in place for hygiene reasons, in the interest of all our customers

Exchanges

• Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns — items must be undamaged and returned within 14 days
• Earrings are excluded from exchanges as well
• Please contact us first to confirm your exchange request before sending your piece back
• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Shipping costs for exchanges may apply depending on your location
